Preparation Instructions
Use to stuff the neck cavity of a 3-5kg bird or roll into balls (makes approximately 15 x 30g sausagemeat balls).

Oven cook - From Chilled. 20 mins
Electric 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Place sausagemeat balls on preheated baking tray
- Cook in the centre of oven
- Turn once throughout cooking
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
