Preparation and Usage
Roast in the bag butterflied sea bass. Step by step guide.
Step 1.
Follow the cut marks across the short edge, be careful as steam will escape.
Step 2.
Cut along the 2 long edges.
Step 3.
Peel back the flap, be careful not to spill the juices
Step 4.
With a fish slice, carefully remove the sea bass from the board and place on a serving dish. Carefully pour the juices from the bag over the sea bass.

Cooking guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 18 Mins
- Preheat oven
- Pierce the clear section of the bag twice with a knife before cooking
- Place bag on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 18 mins
- Allow to stand for 1 min
- Carefully cut the end of the bag, take care as the steam is hot
- Remove cooked fish with a spatula and pour excess marinade over the fish
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.
