Air Fry - From Ambient. 180°C, 22 mins
Preheat air fryer
- Remove all packaging, set butter and seed sachet aside
- Coat butternut in 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil and place in a foil lined air fryer basket, spreading evenly in a single layer
- Program to cook for 22 mins, turn halfway during cooking
- Add the butter for the final 2 mins of cooking
- Leave to stand for 2 mins and baste with butter before serving
- Once plated sprinkle the contents of the seed sachet over the butternut; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
For best results, use the oven
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35-40 mins
- Preheat oven and baking tray
- Remove all packaging, set butter and seed sachet aside
- Coat butternut in 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil and place butternut on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Turn half way through cook time
- 2 mins before end of cooking time add the butter to the tray
- Leave to stand for 2 mins and baste with the melted butter before serving
- Once plated sprinkle the contents of the seed sachet over the butternut
