Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
For best results microwave.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 7 mins
900W 6 mins
Cook on high (100%).
Allow to stand for 1 min.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 45 mins
Preheat oven. Place on baking tray.
Remove the film using a sharp knife around the rim. Stir thoroughly.
