Preparation and Usage
NEEDS COOKING
PAN FRY 6-7 mins
• Remove all packaging.
• Preheat 10ml of oil in a frying pan. Place vegetables in the pan. Cook over a medium heat, stirring frequently.
Microwave 750W 3 mins, 30 secs 900W 3 mins
• Pierce film.
• Place on microwaveable plate.
• Cook on high (100%).
• After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min.
• Guide for one pack only.
STEAM 5 mins
• Remove all packaging.
• Empty contents into a steamer or colander and steam.
Do not reheat.
