Our favourite tortillas
So much better than a regular packet of tortillas, as close to something you'd get in the states as I've found in the UK thats easily accessible.
Goods Chips
Slightly thicker in texture and not over flavoured these are perfect as a topping on my Crispy Chicken Bake, along with a good handful of M&S Cornish Cruncher Cheesedelicious.
Delicious - one of my new favourites
I think these are delicious. At first I did think they were stale but It is because the texture is different to other tortilla chips and is a little more crispy/cheesy but with more body so they do taste more authentic and homemade Have ordered more
Stale
More than 3 months before best by date they taste really stale. Overly-salty too. In the bin they went.
Just okay
Thought these would be like true cantina, restraunant style chips, but sadly they are nothing of the sort (and I grew up in Los Angeles, where mexican restrauants were the norm for me!) These are just like regular tortilla chips...no difference. If you want true cantina style chips I recommend Manomasa, which are the closest I have ever found in the U.K.
Crisp and light
A lovely alternative to a conventional tortilla chip. These are thin crisps, lightly salted and perfect for sharing - they're crisp and have a light, non-greasy feel. They're salted, not flavoured, so nothing fancy but for a relatively plain crisp they feel the part.
