Recipe Suggestion
Caribbean Style Chicken Curry - Serves 4
You Will Need
2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 white onion, diced 650g chicken breast, 4cm diced, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 red pepper, diced, 4 tsp Caribbean curry powder and 400ml can coconut milk.
Method
1. Fry the onion in oil until soft.
2. Add the chicken, ginger, garlic, pepper & seasoning, cook for a further 3 mins.
3. Stir in the coconut milk, bring to the boil & simmer for 15-20 mins.
4. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
