Our Carrot and Coriander Soup merges sweet carrots, a fragrant hit of coriander and British double cream for a moreish, comforting broth. Counting as one of your five a day, it features our Eat Well flower so you know it's a healthy choice and can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet.

Flavoured with fresh coriander, this smooth and creamy carrot soup is made using rich vegetable stock and double cream. Heat in the microwave and serve hot with a bread roll. Half a can makes up 1 of your 5 a day. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. 3-4 mins
Place contents in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally until hot. Do not boil.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750W 3 mins, 30 secs
900W 2 mins, 30 secs
Cook on high (100%). Place contents in a microwaveable container and cover with a vented lid. Stir halfway through.
