• Remove sleeve and pierce film
• Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
• Leave to stand for 1 min and stir before serving

OVEN 30 mins
ELECTRIC 190˚C / Fan 170˚C / Gas 5
• Preheat oven
• Remove sleeve and pierce film
• Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
• Leave to stand for 1 min and stir before serving
