Boil - From Chilled. 4-5 mins
- Remove all packaging
- Bring pan of water to the boil
- Empty contents into pan, cover and simmer
- Drain and serve; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 6 mins 800W
- Pierce film
- Cook on high (100%) for 3 mins
- Remove from microwave and shake bag.
Return to microwave and cook for further 3 mins
- Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving; Oven cook - From Chilled. 35 mins
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
- Preheat 1 tbsp of oil on baking tray in centre of oven
- Remove packaging and place cauliflower on preheated baking tray
- Turn halfway through cooking
- Remove all packaging
- Bring pan of water to the boil
