STEAM
5-6 mins
• Remove all packaging.
• Empty contents into a steamer or colander and steam.


BOIL
4-5 mins
• Remove all packaging.
• Bring pan of water to boil, empty pack contents into pan, cover and simmer.
• Drain and serve.


STIR FRY
6 mins
• Heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan, fry for 3 mins then add 2 tablespoons of water and continue to fry for 3 mins until the kale is tender and serve.


Do not reheat.
