Instructions
Preheat oven. Remove product from packaging. Spread evenly on preheated baking tray and drizzle with a little oil. Place on the middle shelf of oven.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Turn halfway through cooking time.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add Mediterranean vegetables to hot oil. Turn continuously for 8-10 mins until food is piping hot.

Convenient and tasty
First time trying these vegetables, and used as a side-dish with chicken and rice. I was delighted with the flavour and texture of these vegetables. Not too mushy after cooking on the hob in a little olive oil, and lovely, fresh flavour. There was a good amount of each vegetable and it's so convenient to have in the freezer for when you can't be bothered to prep veg for a big meal. Great product!
Very hit on miss with vegetable ratios
Cooked our latest bag the other evening and it was mostly aubergines. Very disappointing as you want the different vegetables to balance each other out. Not every bag is the same though, so will try it again. Just incredibly frustrating as one of us isn't overly keen on aubergine, cue a quick freezer dash for garden peas!
Unreliable
When purchased in store this is always lovely and there is lots variety and large pieces of vegetables. Whenever I’ve ordered them on Ocado it’s all aubergine and barely any courgette or peppers so we end up buying multiple bags to make sure we get a decent amount of each vegetable which is a waste and annoying because it’s so expensive. I wouldn’t recommend.

Great pack of frozen vegetables for a quick and tasty meal with no waste at home. Large pieces which cook evenly. We include a couple of packs in nearly every order.
Revolting
We found these revolting. The bag was 90% aubergine with tough skins. There was an overwhelming flavour of old cooking oil and not much else. Really disappointing.
So handy
Great to keep in the freezer and tastes so fresh! Great mix of veg, ideal to add to meals if you're short on ingredients. I usually throw it in with a quick pasta dish and it's lovely.
