Instructions
Preheat oven. Remove product from packaging. Spread evenly on preheated baking tray and drizzle with a little oil. Place on the middle shelf of oven.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Turn halfway through cooking time.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add Mediterranean vegetables to hot oil. Turn continuously for 8-10 mins until food is piping hot.

large vegetable pieces
Great pack of frozen vegetables for a quick and tasty meal with no waste at home. Large pieces which cook evenly. We include a couple of packs in nearly every order.
Revolting
We found these revolting. The bag was 90% aubergine with tough skins. There was an overwhelming flavour of old cooking oil and not much else. Really disappointing.
So handy
Great to keep in the freezer and tastes so fresh! Great mix of veg, ideal to add to meals if you're short on ingredients. I usually throw it in with a quick pasta dish and it's lovely.

Always have a bag of this so we can make a quick meal if time is short. Good size pieces and variety.
Good mixture of veg
A really easy meal for two with couscous etc. Cooks well and we had a great selection of well cut veg in the pack.
Good but pricey
These are a good staple in the freezer, I stir fry mostly and I agree too many aubergines! Big price increase too hence star knocked off !
