Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 20-25 Mins
Preheat oven. Remove product from packaging. Spread evenly on preheated baking tray and drizzle with a little oil. Place on the middle shelf of oven.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Turn halfway through cooking time.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add Mediterranean vegetables to hot oil. Turn continuously for 8-10 mins until food is piping hot.
