Potatoes mashed with mature Cheddar cheese, milk, butter, sea salt and black pepper. Microwave for best results or oven-bake. Serves 2.

Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrosted thoroughly before use.

Cooking Instructions - General. For best results, microwave.

Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 5 mins
900W 4 mins
Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
Cook on high (100%). Remove film. Allow to stand for 1 min.
Stir thoroughly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30-35 mins
Tray not suitable for oven reheat
Preheat oven.
Decant into an ovenproof dish.
Stir. Cover with foil.
Remove foil and stir thoroughly.
