Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, store in an airtight container (if you can’t seal the bag) and consume
within 5 days.
Instructions
Cut a 2cm cross on the base of each chestnut with the tip of a sharp knife. HOB Boil for 8-10 min. Allow to drain.
OVEN Preheat oven and baking tray. Place chestnuts on preheated baking tray. 230°C / Fan 210°C / Gas 8 25-30
min Allow to stand until cool, then peel and serve.

very nice
I bought them last month and they quickly got mouldy. Very sad. But this time I cooked them right away and they were perfect. Subtly sweet and flavorful.

Beautiful flavour
Have purchased twice now. Really lovely flavour, cook nicely, not mouldy at all! Will continue to purchase over winter
