hit the spot
Was cautious about this due to reviews, but it was delicious, the chicken was in generous amounts, vegetables were nice I really dont know what the naysayers were eating will definitely buy this again
Very watery
This tasted OK but was very watery. A fair amount of chicken though.
E450,451 and 452!!
After looking up the three E numbers, I will not be consuming this product... I'm not surprised people are getting ill from processed foods!!!....Well done M&S!!
Fine
It wasn’t unpleasant. Bland but satiating. I did detect a bitterness, as if the herbs had burned in the canning process. Fine if one is in a hurry or can’t be bothered to cook, and easy enough to improve with, eg, herbs, seasonings, Worcestershire sauce etc. I'd repurchase but not in a hurry.
Woody carrots
I enjoyed this product when it last appeared for sale at M&S. Unfortunately the tins i purchased on my last order all contained some carrot chunks inside which lurked woody pieces that i could have choked on. I will try them again in the hope that i do not discover any more dodgy carrots.
Delicious British Chicken
Now made from M&S Assured British Chicken. (Not as description). Tasty and good value. Can easily add extra veg as desired. Recommended.
