M&S Chicken Mulligatawny Soup

An Indian inspired mildly spiced soup made with British chicken, coconut cream, tomatoes, potato and basmati rice. Simple heat on the hob or in the microwave. Gluten free. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. Empty contents gently into a saucepan.
Heat gently, stirring occasionally.
Bring to boil. Serve immediately.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 4 mins
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Break tab, remove lid from pot then place back on top before microwaving.
Stir halfway through heating time.
Cook on high (100%). Allow to stand for 2 mins after heating and then stir thoroughly. Guide for one pack only.
Do not remove from the microwave until after 2 mins stand time.
Take care when removing hot liquids from microwave as packaging may soften slightly.
