A Thai-inspired curry made with tender pieces of marinated chicken in a mildly spiced coconut and lime curry sauce, with roasted spiced vegetables and fresh coriander. Microwave for best results or cook in the oven. Serves 2.

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
For best results microwave.
Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 3 mins, 30 secs
Cook on high (100%).
After cooking leave to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 20 mins
Preheat oven. Place on baking tray. Stir after cooking.
