Our Chicken Parfait is a smooth, rich spread made with British chicken liver, butter and chicken fat, finished with a splash of Madeira for gentle sweetness and warmth. Whipped to a silky texture, it has a savoury depth with a glossy cranberry and port topping that adds fruity sharpness and a lightly boozy note. Ready to serve straight from the pack, it makes quick work of canapés and nibbles. Spoon onto toast, crackers or warm brioche, or use to fill vol-au-vents and sandwich fingers. Finish with cracked pepper or thyme.

Ideal as a starter. To enjoy product at its best, remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving. To serve, as soon as you remove pâté from fridge peel film, gently pull out the sides of the pot and pop pâté out onto a plate.
