Sensational Roast Chicken - Serves 4
You Will Need
6 tsp chicken seasoning
1 medium whole chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Follow the cooking instructions on your chicken pack, but before placing in the oven, lightly brush oil all over the chicken and sprinkle with seasoning.
2. Cover chicken with foil for the first 30 mins in the oven.
