Stir Fry Meal Suggestion
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add vegetables and stir fry as stated on pack. Add noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
Noodle Soup Meal Suggestion
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add vegetables and stir fry as stated on pack. Reduce the heat, add noodles and a soup pouch and gently heat until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add chicken strips. Fry over a medium/high heat, turning frequently. Ensure no pink meat remains. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat.
