Cooking Instructions - General. For best results, microwave.
Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 4 Mins
900W 3 mins, 30 secs
Remove sleeve. Pierce film. Cook on high (100%). Stir halfway through cooking. After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 3-4 mins
Remove sleeve and film.
Add contents of pack in a wok or large frying pan on medium heat and stir occasionally.

- Remove sleeve and pierce film
- Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- Stir halfway through cooking
- Leave to stand for 1 min; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 3-4 mins
- Remove sleeve and film
- Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a wok or large frying pan on a medium heat
- Add contents of pack and stir occasionally
