Kimchi

Hit and miss, the size they are, but I usually use around three of them with matchstick carrots, bunch of spring onions and two jars of kimchi paste from Waitrose. Leave out to ferment for three days, then refrigerate for ten, then it's perfect.

Versatile

Shred finely and use as a lettuce, more nutritious and keeps ages in the fridge.

Napa cabbage

Perfect for making kimchi, these are smaller than Napa cabbages I normally buy from Asian shop but still good and taste nice.

Fresh and great for stir fries

I love Chinese Leaf, it cooks quickly and is perfect in a cheeky noodle stir fry. Sometimes I feel that the leaf is quite small, but overall Im glad that Ocado stock it.
