Chip shop inspired curry sauce, flavoured with chicken stock, soy sauce and spices. Simply heat contents over the hob or in the microwave and serve alongside fish and chips.

Place on a microwaveable plate. Break tab, remove lid from pot then place back on top before microwaving. Stir halfway through heating time. Allow to stand for 2 mins after heating and then stir thoroughly.
Do not reheat.
Do not remove from microwave until after 2 mins stand time.
Stir thoroughly. Take care when removing hot liquids from microwave as packaging may soften slightly.

Scrumptious!
l don't understand the negative reviews. l'vd tried so many curry sauces to go with my fish and chips, and this is the only one l keep using. l cook them in my air fryer, and then heat this through separately with the mushy peas. I don't serve them on the royal doulton with the blue periwinkles a la Hyacinth Bucket, but then l don't need to. lf l shut my eyes l'm eating them wrapped in newspaper at the seaside as the sun sets.
Odd
I don't usually take the time to review, but wanted to save anyone else from trying this when craving chip shop curry sauce. it's not awful but I'm not sure it's even curry sauce, it's slightly fruity with a strong aroma. I can't put my finger on what flavour it is. I'm a sauce fiend, especially with chips, but ended up using very little. Wouldn't purchase again.
Its ok but not great
Had this with fish nuggets and it was ok. The fish tasted better without the sauce though. It needs to be slot thicker too.
not suitable for vegetarians
I must confess i never expected this to have animal products in it so i didn't read the ingredients, as it contains chicken stock it's not suitable for vegetarians, i did however try it as i'd bought two pots and im very glad i didn't pour it all over the meal as it's truly awful. As others have mentioned this tastes nothing like any chip shop curry.

Just got back off holiday and had this delivered last night . Fancied some comfort food and had this on some chunky chips . It will be my go to sauce now .
Nothing like curry sauce
Bought two pots of this curry sauce to go with chips. The smell was enough to put me off. Two guests and myself tried the sauce and said its nothing like a curry sauce. I not be buying this again.
