Indulgently rich cupcakes beautiful with any decoration.
3 Eggs
100ml Semi Skimmed Milk
100g Softened, Unsalted Butter,
12 Cupcake Cases
Muffin Tin
Cooling Rack
Oven 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4
1. Preheat oven
2. Empty the cake sachet into a bowl and add the milk, eggs and softened butter
3. Whisk for 1 min to combine
4. Divide the mix between 12 cupcake cases and bake for 12-15 mins
5. Allow to cool on a cooling rack

100ml Semi Skimmed Milk
100g Unsalted Butter, Softened
2 x 20cm (8 inch) Round Greased and Lined Cake Tins
Oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Cas Mark 4
1. Preheat oven
2. Empty the cake sachet into a bowl and add the milk, eggs and butter
3. Whisk for 1 min to combine
4. Divide the mix between the cake tins and bake for 25-30 mins until risen and golden brown
5. Allow to cool on a cooling rack
