Boil - From Chilled. 2 hours, 30 mins
Remove sleeve leaving film lid in place. Cover the top of the pudding securely with foil. Add a small plate to the bottom of the pan to assure the pudding doesn't come into contact with the saucepan. Fill the saucepan with water, enough to cover 3/4 of the pudding. Bring to the boil and simmer continuously. Top up water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry.
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Run a knife gently around the inside edge of the pudding to remove the film lid. Place the desired serving plate on top of the pudding and turn upside down. Gently squeeze the sides of the basin to release the pudding. Guide for one pack only.; Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce the film lid several times. Place upright in microwave on a microwaveable plate.
