Delicately spiced Christmas pudding, packed with juicy vine fruits and lashings of cider, rum and sherry. Simply heat in the microwave, steam or boil. Serves 8.

Serving
- Run a knife gently around the inside edge of the pudding to remove the film lid
- Place the desired serving plate on top of the pudding and turn upside down
- Gently squeeze the sides of the basin to release the pudding

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
For best results, use the microwave
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. 2 hours 30 mins
- Remove sleeve, leaving film lid in place
- Add a small plate to the bottom of the pan to ensure the pudding doesn't come into contact with the saucepan
- Fill the saucepan with water, enough to cover 3/4 of the pudding
- Bring to the boil and simmer continuously, keeping the pan lid on
- Top up water as necessary
- Do not allow to boil dry; Microwave - From Ambient. 800W, 5 mins 30 secs
- Remove sleeve and pierce film lid
- Place upright in microwave onto a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- After 3 mins, leave to stand in the microwave for 2 mins
- Return to the microwave and cook for the remaining time
- Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving
