Our Classic Panettone is a traditional Italian sweet loaf, baked in Italy to a family recipe and enriched with butter and egg yolk for a soft, feathery crumb. Each tall slice is studded with plump, juicy sultanas and scattered with vibrant candied Sicilian orange and citron peel, bringing bursts of citrus fragrance. Warm it briefly to release the aromas, slice thickly and add a smear of butter with a spoonful of fruit preserve. Serve with a pot of coffee and enjoy.

Panettone French Toast
A delicious sweet & sticky treat
1. Beat 2 eggs with a splash of milk in a shallow bowl.
2. Cut 4 thick slices of Panettone & spread each slice with lemon curd. Place together to make 2 sandwiches.
3. Dunk each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
4. Melt a knob of butter in a non-stick pan & fry for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Serve with cream or crème fraîche, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
