In Vouvray, the Clos de Nouys cellar runs beneath the vineyard plots, which are planted exclusively with Chenin Blanc. In the spirit of protecting the environment, we cultivate our vines according to the principles of sustainable farming.

Appearance: Pale yellow in colour with silver tints.
Nose: Fruity with citrus, and a hint of white flowers.
Taste: Dry, rich, and well-balanced with dried fruit aromas.
