For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before microwaving.

Serving
Lift fish out carefully from tray. Stir sauce thoroughly and spoon over the fish. Serve with the mashed potato and peas. Serve immediately.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Remove sleeve. Pierce film. For best results microwave.
