Best enjoyed as part of a healthy lifestyle & a balanced varied diet. It is recommended to eat at least two portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day (and the date mark shown). Suitable for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Remove product from packaging.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 14 mins, Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
- Preheat oven.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fish on a lightly oiled foil lined baking tray and place in the centre of the oven.
- Cook for 14 mins.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins
- Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan on a high heat.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3 mins on a high heat, turn and cook for a further 1 min.
- Melt a knob of butter in the pan and continue to cook for a further 2 mins, baste regularly with the foaming butter during cooking.
