For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before microwaving.

Serving
Lift fish out carefully from tray. Stir sauce thoroughly and spoon over the fish. Serve with the mashed potato, peas and carrots. Serve immediately

Cook on high (100%).
Allow to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C Gas 4, 40-42 mins
Preheat oven.
Place on preheated baking tray.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C Gas 5, 20 mins
Preheat oven.
Place on preheated baking tray.
