Electric 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 35 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Remove label and film.
- Place directly onto the middle shelf of the oven for 35 mins.
- Allow to stand for 1 min.
- Lift out fish and place on a plate.
- Stir the remaining sauce in the foil, pour around the fish and serve.
Do not reheat.
