Stunning glass tree decorations....but poorly packed, and as such, two of them were broken. Opened them whilst the delivery driver was around and sent them straight back for a refund. Very poor packaging, given the fragile nature of this product. I would have expected the box they were in to be wrapped in the biodegradable corrugated paper, as this adds a bit of protection. I must add that this item must be a nightmare to transport for the delivery drivers. I dare not risk ordering them again, but I will try and track them down in an M&S store instead, as they are lovely and well priced.
