Place cocktail stick in each square and serve. For a party of eight or more, serve a variety of at least six different types of canapé with an equal split of meats, fish and vegetarian. Serving half cold and half hot will mean less time in the kitchen and more time to enjoy the evening.
Try stirring some freshly chopped chives through soured cream and serve alongside the pork squares with cocktail sticks.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 mins
Needs Cooking

Place foil tray directly on middle shelf. After 25 mins, remove from oven and pour glaze evenly over the pork squares. Cook for a further 5 mins.
Do not reheat.
A full oven of party food will require longer cooking time. This product contains cocktail sticks for serving purposes.

Christmas treat
Yes they are fatty...but that's where the flavour and the moisture come from. I just have to ignore the calories. They make a comeback every Christmas for a reason

Disappointing
I was looking forward to these, but they were tough and stringy - glad I got them at a reduced price, because at full price they would have been a complete rip off

Tasty
These where great, I love the fat on these to make them juicy and tasty and the sauce wasnt overpowering and added to the flavour.

Of course they are fatty!!!
We live on M&S canapés throughout December and these are my favourite bit sweet, bit spicy, meaty and crispy fatty deliciousness! Dont get reviews saying there is too much fat. Buy a different cut of meat then! M&S are hardly going to hold a ruler up to every cube checking the millimetre ratio of meat to fat belly pork is the fattiest cut there is - manage your expectations people!
