Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 1 hour 40 mins
Needs cooking
- Preheat oven.
- Remove sleeve and film lid.
- Do not remove pad before cooking.
- Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
- Baste occasionally during cooking.
- Cover with foil if the bacon is becoming too dark.
- Allow to rest for 30 mins before removing bands and carving.
- Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Defrost - 48 hours - in a refrigerator.
