Packed in the UK with hake caught by trawl or seine in the North East Atlantic Ocean (Irish Sea, West of Ireland, Porcupine Bank, Eastern and Western English Channel) and the North Sea.

Keep frozen -18°C.
For Frozen On and Best Before End, see side of pack.
Eat on day of purchase if not kept frozen.
Defrost in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Cooking instructions are for two fillets, more than two fillets may require longer cooking time.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 30-32 mins
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4
Preheat oven. Wrap product loosely in lightly oiled foil. Place on a baking tray.; Slow Cooker - From Frozen. 8-10 mins
For best results defrost and fry.
Preheat butter or oil in a frying pan over a low heat. Add fillets, skin side down.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
