Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 4-9 mins
Needs cooking
Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place tuna steak in the pan, turning occasionally. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Do not reheat.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs cooking

- Remove product from packaging
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat
- Place steaks in the pan and cook for 8 mins, turning occasionally
- Allow to stand for 2 mins
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0℃ to +5℃. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
