These Collection Mince Pies are made with crisp, golden shortcrust pastry that breaks into rich, buttery flakes. The pastry blends wheat flour with Wildfarmed flour, bringing a subtle, wholesome depth. Each pie is generously filled with exclusive-recipe mincemeat, encompassing plump dried vine fruits, bright cranberries and pieces of glacé cherry, lifted with clementine juice and Italian candied peel. A warming splash of Cognac, as well as brandy and cider, rounds out the flavour, while a gentle hint of black pepper adds a softly spiced finish. Delicious enjoyed directly from the box or gently warm and top with brandy cream for a decadent treat.
