Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging from the cheese.
- Place Camembert back in the dish
- Using a sharp knife, cut a 5cm cross in the top of the cheese and place the dish on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Remove the cheese from the oven, peel back corners of the rind, being careful of the hot cheese
- Serve immediately
Do not reheat.
