Tastes good but misleading product name

Tastes very good, however the term brandy butter is a little misleading. It is actually made from cider brandy. So, strictly speaking it is a brandy butter, however most people will associate brandy butter as coming from a brandy made from wine. The difference in taste is noticeable.

okay but

I dont like this so much as its made with calvados, which is not my favourite brandy. Should work well with mince pies, but I wasnt convinced. For those who like their apple brandy, this is for you.

Love it!!

This brandy butter is amazing. Mince pies just wont be the same without it in the future

disappointing

Nowhere near boozy enough and too sweet. Not a patch on the equivalent Waitrose product previously available on Ocado.
