M&S Collection British Beef Fillet Wellington

This show-stopping Wellington has been lovingly crafted by our expert butchers and chefs. We've hand-trimmed a beautiful British fillet of beef and cooked it sous vide to ensure ultimate tenderness, before coating it in an earthy mushroom & truffle duxelles.
The fillet is then wrapped in thick all-butter puff pastry which turns gorgeously golden and flaky in the oven. Serve with a drizzle of the rich beef jus to finish.

Available for Christmas deliveries from 20th December - 24th December.

Serving
To serve, using a sharp serrated carving knife, slice off each pastry end of the wellington, mark 4 even slices on the top and carve.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, Medium 40 mins
- Preheat oven and baking tray
- Remove all packaging including foil using the greaseproof paper provided
- For best results, glaze with beaten egg
- Place on preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Bake for 40 mins
- Leave to rest for 40 mins before carving to serve
- A full oven of food will require longer cooking time.
Do not reheat.
