Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4, 2 hours 15 mins
Needs Cooking
- Please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove ovenable pad or foil tray
- Place foil tray on baking tray on middle shelf of oven, basting occasionally
- Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout. Cover with foil and allow to stand for 15 mins before carving
- Remove poultry bands to carve
Do not reheat.

Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.
