For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 40 mins per kg + 10 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove duck from packaging and place in roasting tin
- Cook in the middle of the oven, basting occasionally during cooking
- Rest for 10 mins before carving and serving
This is a guideline only. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.
