Inside, sweet butternut squash and mellow, creamy Brie sit alongside caramelised red onions for deep, sticky savouriness. Pearl barley adds a wholesome bite, while cranberries bring a fruity tang and pumpkin seeds add a lightly toasted crunch. The pastry bakes up golden and flaky, creating neat slices with plenty of texture in every forkful. Keep it simple with a spoon of gravy or a sharp chutney, and finish with cracked black pepper.

Oven cook - From Frozen. The filling in this product will be particularly hot after cooking.
Needs Cooking
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 1 hour 5 mins
- Preheat oven and baking tray
- Remove sleeve and film
- Remove product from foil using the greaseproof paper provided
- Place on preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 10 mins

- Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
- Adjust the oven temperature
- Cook for a further 55 mins
- Leave to stand for 5 mins before serving
Do not reheat.
