Preparation Instructions
Remove outer packaging leaving the lobster in the bag, place on a plate and defrost in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.
Serving
1. Twist the claws and legs away from the body and tail.
Crack each claw and leg with a nutcracker or small hammer, and pick the white meat out using a lobster picker.
2. Separate the tail from the body by arching the back until it cracks, twist and pull.
3. Using a knife cut down the middle of the tail part of the lobster.
4. Bend back and break the flippers off the tail piece.
5. Insert a fork where the flippers broke off and push the meat out.
