the closest taste to fois Gras!
A real treat as I discovered smudging this trip on toasted brioche bread (st Pierre) and even a slice of toasted Panettone cheese with some gig chutney and a sprinkle of Maldon salt! Devine favourite so far is the truffle one - just right
