Coarse pork liver pate made using chunks of pork shoulder and oak smoked dry cured bacon mixed with madeira wine and ruby port. To enjoy product at its best, remove from the fridge ten minutes before serving. Ideal as a starter or snack served with crusty bread or hot toast. Ready to eat.
