Serving
To enjoy product at its best, remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving. Ideal as a starter or snack with crusty bread or hot toast. To serve, gently and carefully run a sharp knife around the edge of the ceramic dish to remove plastic film.
The surface of this parfait tends to discolour. This is normal and does not affect the eating quality of the product.

Underwhelming
Too much jelly and not enough pâté . The jelly is nice, but it overpowers the rest of it. Also not enough of a duck flavour in the pâté, too porky. Its not terrible but disappointing as a treat.
