Beef brisket seasoned with salt & pepper, hot-smoked over oak and slow cooked until succulent and tender

This show-stopping British brisket of beef has been expertly butchered and rubbed with salt and pepper to draw out its rich, meaty flavour. It's then been hot-smoked over oak and slow-cooked for over three hours for tender meat that falls off the bone.

Our chefs have finished it with a sticky hot maple chilli glaze and a sweet-but-spicy hot maple bourbon sauce.

Available for Christmas deliveries from 20th December - 24th December.
Use by 26th December.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 1 hour 15 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Place sachets to one side
- Place beef and juices into foil tray
- Cover with foil
- Cook for 60 mins, basting occasionally
- Drain juices and pour maple syrup, chilli and bourbon sauce over meat
- Cook for a further 15 mins
- Slice brisket and pour over any remaining sauce
- Drizzle with spiced maple syrup and chilli glaze
Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
